Return & Refund

For workshops and services, cancellations and
refunds are subject to prior agreement and may
depend on timing and preparation involved.

To ensure your artwork arrives safely, we package it
thoughtfully and recommend inspecting your package upon
delivery. For added protection, you may record a short
video before signing for your item —this helps document
its condition in case of any damage during transit.
Please note that failure to do so may result in your
damage claim not being approved.

If, for
any reason,
your

piece does not meet your expectations, please
contact us immediately via phone or email.
Items should be returned in their original
packaging within 3 days of receipt to be
eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please note that custom or commissioned works
are non-refundable once production has begun,
as each piece is made uniquely for you.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping
and ensuring the artwork is safely returned.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed
through the original payment method within a
mutually agreed timeframe.

Each case will be handled with fairness and
consideration, while maintaining the integrity
of the platform.
